We are pleased to inform that Annual General Meeting No. 1/2010 of the Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association will be held on Thursday, 22th April 2010 at 18:00hrs. at New York I&II room, The Conrad Hotel.

According to the Association’s By-Law, the term of our ten (10) directors of the board will expire in April 2010. We hereby request nomination for new directors to serve on the board for the coming one-year term. The directors currently serving the board are as follow:

3.Mr. Christophe Prigent Treasurer
4.Ms. Maggie Yeung Director
5.Mr. Howard Tsang Director
6.Mr. Tony Kwok Director

8.Mr. Civic Leung Director
9.Mr. Bruce Hemmingsen Director


Due to the limit of three (3) consecutive terms as directors, the following current director will not stand for re-election:

1.Mr. Kendy Chan
2.Mr. Christopher Prigent
3. Mr. Bruce Hammingsen

If you would like to propose the election of any person, please submit the nomination form to THTA before April, 16th 2010 so that we could obtain the nominee’s agreement to serve the Board.

As we need to have a quorum of at least one-quarter (1/4) of our Members to convene the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2010, please be noted that your attendance in person or authorized person in Proxy Form is most appreciated.

We would like to encourage you to attend as this is a good opportunity for all voting members to discuss THTA related issues and to elect a new Board of Directors who will lead THTA on your behalf throughout 2010.
